I'm giving this place four stars ONLY because my room wasn't as pretty as I expected. BUT it was clean, No foul odors, hot water, comfortable bed, extra blankets, clean carpet and NO bugs! Its a place for the family. The Receptionist Omar was amazing!!! He was pleasant to speak with, helpful, and went out of his way to help my husband and I with any questions. I'd love to stay here and have my children come along my next stay.
The hotel is actually very comfortable, the service is friendly and its overall a nice simple hotel that has views of the harbor and a very nice pool and jacuzzi, overall I really enjoyed my stay here.
I was surprised to find this diamond. We checked in late night. It was the cheapest hotel for 4 people the night we stayed. Decent size room. Last minute booking. Front staff was nice. 3 stories high with elevator. Parking under the hotel. Safe and walking distance to everything in downtown ensrnada. We didnt do much except sleep but i do like their yard off the room. Make dure you get first floor for this. Othet floors have small balconies. From 1st level there is no view and cant say anything about other levels. Overall nice experience. I will definately stay here.
Liked it very much here because it is very close to downtown area the prices are seemingly reasonable for the time that we went for there was the beerfest that happens every year so I definitely liked that part. If you're traveling with in Mexico and you need to get your invoice by the IRS you can trust that you will be able to get it here as well. They have a pool but unfortunately it was for me too cold to want to try it but it seemed like it was very clean. There is an underground parking lot but make sure that your car is small enough for it to fit otherwise it will not it is very limited and when I arrive to their on one of the nights that I was staying it was totally full so I had to leave my car around the block so keep that in mind.
